Steve helped my wife and I sell and investment property we had in Lakewood. He knew the market very well and at what price point would get it sold and for the most money. We did not want to update the home which most Realtor's wanted us to do. He listen to what we wanted and why, he worked for us not for his commission which I have to say most Realtor's are in it for the paycheck and not the best interest of their client.
